It also features my new, clamp-on, low-profile gas-block, and flat-top upper receiver with forward assist. Each upper comes complete with bolt/carrier, charging handle and magazine. These uppers can be used with any, un-modified, mil-spec lower receiver. You can switch from .223 Rem. to .25 WSSM in 20 seconds! I am now using the Magpul anti-tilt followers as a standard feature in all of my WSSM magazines. By using these followers, I have increased the reliable capacity of the magazine and enhanced the reliability of the upper. ...more on WSSM |
_The DTI Line AR
Back in the summer of 2009, one of my customers from Iowa asked me about a 6 mm cartridge that would be somewhere between the 6 x 45 and the .243 WSSM. He already had a .223 Remington upper, as well as a .243 WSSM upper, but just wanted something a little less expensive to shoot than the WSSM, and something with more horsepower than the .223.

_Dtech Float Tub
My new free-float tube is finally finished. Over the last 18 years of working with, and building uppers, I have gotten increasingly disappointed with the commercially available float-tubes on the market. Most are of the two-piece design that forces you to accept whatever torque you end up with when the barrel-nut is correctly timed-up to the receiver. My new float-tube has a two-piece barrel-nut that allows you to get perfect alignment for the gas-tube, without respect to torque. This also allows you to have the vents and sling-stud always time-up perfectly. The float-tube can be installed. removed and reinstalled as many times as you wish, and you will never have to worry about your sling-stud ending up anywhere but bottom-dead-center!
